Belgian-inspired bites, exceptional beer and cocktails in the heart of Lower Greenville.
April and Jeff fell in love with Belgium on a trip to Europe in October 2019 — the laid-back lifestyle, the people, the food and, of course, the beer. They came home wanting to bring a piece of it back to Dallas.
Meyboom is Dutch for “tree of joy”, after the Brussels tradition that has run every August since 1308. That spirit — good beer, generous food, and company worth staying for — is what the room on Greenville Avenue was built around.
Dutch fried meatballs. Bite-sized beef and gravy croquettes with Meyboom's signature mustard.
Grilled ham, gouda and gruyère topped with Mornay sauce.
A pound of mussels steamed in traditional Belgian beer broth, served with frites.
The original Belgian waffle, made with pearl sugar.
Seared six-ounce filet mignon atop a classical house-made Bordelaise.
